Harold sponsored this room in memory of his wife, Alma Bishop Morrill.
Alma was a lifetime resident of Bross Street in Cairo. She graduated from Cairo Central School, class of 1947, where she participated in intramural sports and was elected the first female president of the student council. After graduation she was employed at the Cairo Diner, a family owned business, from 1939 to 1953. In 1953 she was employed at the First National Bank of Cairo which ultimately became the present day Bank of America. It was here that she held the positions of teller, head teller, and finally retired as secretary in 1974. At that time, she joined the firm of Morrill Associates, Professional Surveyors as bookkeeper and secretary where she remained until 1980 when she became the personal legal secretary to Mr. Earnest Puglisi, a Cairo attorney. She was a life long member of the Cairo Methodist Church.
